Horizon Industrial Parks hosted a Swedish business delegation to strengthen India-Sweden trade and manufacturing ties, focusing on enabling global manufacturers to establish and scale operations in India.

The engagement highlighted the importance of compliance, speed-to-market and capital efficiency, supported by Horizon’s plug-and-play facilities, institutional-quality infrastructure and asset-light solutions. The delegation included His Excellency Sven Östberg, Ms. Saloni Zaveri, Mr. Håkan Kingstedt, and delegates from Epiroc, SKF, Atlas Copco, Nagarro and KraftPowercon.

TD Connex Inaugurated a 600 kWp rooftop solar plant at Horizon Industrial Park Oragadam

TD Connex is among the first customers at the park to adopt rooftop solar, contributing to a wider shift towards cleaner energy across our industrial infrastructure. With this installation, Horizon’s portfolio-wide rooftop solar capacity now stands at ~24.45 MWp, helping reduce approximately 30,691.73 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.

Micronics Inagurated a 400 kWP rooftop solar plant at Horizon Industrial Park Oragadam

At Horizon Industrial Park, Oragadam, Micronics, now a part of Cleanova, inaugurated its 400 kWp rooftop solar power plant.
The installation is expected to mitigate 404 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually, an impact equivalent to planting 18,348 trees. The rooftop solar plant was formally inaugurated by Senthil Rajan, Head of Operations, Micronics, alongside Krishna K S, Head of Human Resources, Micronics.

Driving the transition toward cleaner industrial ecosystems, we are proud to announce the inauguration of a 1,300 KWp rooftop solar installation at Horizon Industrial Park Chakan II, dedicated to TACO EV Component Solutions Pvt Ltd – marking the 33rd solar installation across our growing portfolio. Each installation represents another step forward – supporting responsible manufacturing, strengthening supply chains, and accelerating our journey toward a more sustainable industrial future.

This clean energy initiative is expected to mitigate 1,480 tonnes of CO₂ annually, equivalent to planting over 66,550 trees. Through renewable energy adoption, efficient infrastructure, and sustainability-aligned development, our clients are able to reduce their environmental footprint while driving efficient operations.
